I have loved cooking most of my adult life. My career has been in accounting, with only a dream of cooking & catering. When I had my son in 2002, I stayed @ home with him for a year. During that year, I spent most of my time watching Food Network TV, practicing & experimenting. I have recently applied to Culinary Arts school, attending in the fall. There's not much I can't cook; but education only broadens your horizons, not to mention your skills. I strive for excellence & if I can't eat it, I won't serve it; unless it's something I don't like to eat. That is why I will offer a sample of your requested menu @ our "meet & greet" appointment. Pick your date, get a close head count, pick your menu, & contact me for an appointment. Rest assured, if I don't have my own recipe, I have many cookbooks to guide me! Appointments made to fit your schedule & my availability, between the hours of 9AM - 7PM, any day of the week. Your initial "meet & greet" appointment will cost $25.00 - $50.00, depending on the dish requested; a non-refundable booking fee, based on cost of food, ($100 minimum); @ least 10% of the costs of your menu as a deposit towards your final cost before I begin preparation, depending on your size of crowd & your choice of menu; balance due on delivery. Should you reschedule your event, I require @ least 3-7 day notice, based on preparation time spent on our event. Preparation time is calculated by the hour & you will be billed accordingly. Cancel as soon as you know my services aren't needed. If you cancel & I have not purchased your food, billed hours may be non-refundable, the rest will be refunded; if I have bought your food, that cost in addition to billed hours will be non-refundable. Exceptions to be made @ my discretion & I will consider your situation. In addition to cash & personal checks, I will accept credit cards if you have a Paypal account, via internet.
